Set the Hanak H260 BL #12 in the vise, wipe a touch of super glue along the shank, and start the black Nano Silk 12/0 above the hook point, stopping there rather than running all the way back.
Catch in the Textreme Magic Tinsel, checking you have the good side of the tinsel showing, then use the tinsel itself to walk your thread wraps back to where the barb would be before working the thread forward again.
Wrap the tinsel forward in overlapping turns so no black thread shows through, and tie it off well short of the eye.
Tie in a strand of dyed black Peacock Herl by its base rather than the tip, having snipped off the rough end, and bind it down tight.
Dab a little super glue on the thread wraps before wrapping the herl so the thorax survives a few fish, then build the thorax up just behind the eye, still leaving room for the hackle.
Strip the base from a black hen hackle and tie it in by the stalk, offering it up both ways first to see which direction lets the fibres sit best.
Take exactly two turns of hackle, no more, then sweep the fibres back, secure them and snap off the waste end.
Coat the thread head with UV resin, whip finish, snip the thread close with serrated scissors and zap the resin with the light.
