How to tie it
Form a tag of silver twist and yellow silk, tie in a golden pheasant crest tail with unbarred summer duck over, and wind a black herl butt.
Wrap flat silver tinsel over the full body in smooth touching turns, then rib with oval silver in 5 open turns.
Palmer a silver furnace hackle along the body following the rib. The silver body fishes deeper than silk or seal patterns and gives a decided change of colour.
Wind a widgeon throat and sweep the fibers down and back.
Marry the wing from tippet strands and golden pheasant tail, bustard, yellow swan, gallina, powder-blue macaw, mallard and grey mallard, with a topping over all.
