How to tie it
Run a thread base and form the tag of silver twist then yellow silk above the barb.
Tie in a golden pheasant crest tail one gap-length long, then wind a bold butt of scarlet wool. The red butt and red head are the Silver Doctor's signature.
Tie in oval rib, then wrap flat silver tinsel forward in smooth touching turns to the shoulder and counter no gaps; follow with the rib in 5 open turns.
At the throat, wind a blue hackle then a turn of gallina, sweeping the fibers down and rearward.
Build the mixed married wing: pair tippet strands with married strips of yellow and blue swan, summer duck, pintail, golden pheasant tail, bustard and mallard, set low over the body with a topping arching over all.
Add jungle cock cheeks and blue macaw horns.
Finish with a red head (scarlet wool or red thread) and two coats of cement.
