Slide a Bandito Sculpin Head onto the hook and rest it at the eye; lock the hook in and lay a thread base to the bend.
Tie in a barred olive rabbit strip at the bend for the tail, one-and-a-half shanks long, with a few flash strands each side.
Tie in a second rabbit strip by its leather at the bend and palmer it forward to just short of where the head will sit, stroking the fur back each turn; tie off.
Whip a short, smooth thread base and slide the sculpin head up tight against the body.
Lock the head in place with thread wraps (and a drop of glue) behind and in front of it; whip finish and cement.
