Tyer Recipe
- Hook Barbless jig hook with slotted tungsten bead, #8-14
- Thread Olive or black 6/0 (140 denier)
Materials
- Slotted tungsten bead Gold bead (1)
- Marabou Olive or black marabou (1 clump (tail))
- Krystal Flash Gold/pearl flash (few strands (tail))
- UV Polar Chenille or holographic tinsel Gold flashabou (body)

How to tie it
- Slide a gold slotted tungsten bead onto the barbless jig hook and seat it against the eye. Start thread behind the bead and run a base to the bend.
- Tie in a short marabou tail about one shank-length, with a few strands of gold/pearl Krystal Flash over it.
- Tie in a saddle hackle by the tip and a length of gold UV Polar Chenille (or holographic tinsel) at the bend.
- Wrap the chenille/tinsel forward to just behind the bead to form a slim, bright body; tie off.
- Palmer the hackle forward through the body in evenly spaced turns, tie off behind the bead and trim.
- Build a small thread collar behind the bead, whip finish and cement.
