Start the white 12/0 Nano Silk right behind the bead and take semi-open turns back down the shank, building a little area for the materials to sit on. Wax the thread so things seat properly.
Bind the red mirror tinsel in on the near side and carry it back with open wraps, down around the corner of the bend, then bring the thread forward again.
Catch the black stretch floss in and stretch it really well so it stays thin and does not thicken the body, binding it back to the same point where the tinsel stopped. Thread forward again.
Lash the Pearl Scud Back down the shank and around the corner to that same rear point, then bring the thread all the way forward.
Flatten the thread and cover the entire underbody with the white Nano Silk - it carries a pearlised tone that shows through the scud back.
Stretch the Pearl Scud Back and wrap it forward in touching to slightly overlapping turns, overlapping a little more up front if you want a taper. Five or six wraps on top behind the bead, then snip. It does not have to reach the bead exactly, since the dubbing covers that.
Rib forward with the black stretch floss: nicely stretched at the back end, then loosened off a little for an even rib to the front. Tie off firmly under the bead and snip.
Follow the leading edge of the black rib forward with the red mirror tinsel, tie it off behind the bead and put in a half hitch or whip finish.
Coat the body with a thin layer of UV resin and cure it, pulling off any excess - you do not want a thick bulbous body. Head cement in two dried coats does the same job.
Dub a very small pinch of Hends #1 Peacock Dubbing behind the bead. It takes almost nothing; this is only a hint of legs.
Whip finish and touch a little Sally Hansen's onto the thread.
