Start thread and lay a base on the rear half of the shank. Tie in a sleek olive craft-fur or marabou tail about one shank long with a few strands of flash.
Cut a pre-shaped strip of olive Frog Foam. Bind the foam down at the rear of the body, gluing with Zap-A-Gap.
Pull the foam forward over the top and cinch it at intervals to form a segmented frog back and a slight cupped head at the front.
Tie a pair of rubber legs to each side at the rear segment so they trail like frog legs.
Trim the front of the foam to a small cupped face and tie off just behind it.
Glue 3D eyes to the sides of the head, whip finish under the foam and cement.
