Craft fur wing Tan or Rust synthetic fiber (1 sparse clump)

Flash Pearl flashabou (few strands)
Rubber legs Tan/barred rubber legs (1-2 pairs)
Dubbing Tan or Rust dubbing (as needed)
How to tie it
Start thread and lash bead-chain eyes on top of the shank about one-third back from the eye, figure-8 and lock them. The lighter eyes keep this version fishing in skinny water and riding point up.
At the bend tie in a sparse craft-fur wing one shank length long, topped with a few strands of pearl flash.
Add a short clump of rabbit fur or a zonker stub for bulk, then splay a pair of rubber legs to each side.
Dub a shaggy tan or rust body forward, around and past the eyes; pick it out to breathe.
Wrap thread forward of the eyes, build a small head, whip finish and cement.
