Zelon (crinkled) Mayfly brown (Small clump for the shuck)
Stretch floss (Bug Legs) Red floss (One standard-size strand for the body)

Rooster hackle Grizzly hackle (One feather, sized for a #16)
How to tie it
Slide the bead onto the size 14 scud hook and start red thread behind it. Matching thread to the body color matters here because it bleeds through the stretch floss.
Tie in a length of crinkled mayfly brown Zelon on top of the shank and bind it partway down the bend, keeping it centered on top, then bring the thread back to just behind the bead.
Trim the Zelon shuck to about one hook gap long; pulled tight it will crinkle back a little shorter.
Tie in black brassie wire on the near side of the shank, parallel to the shank, and bind it back so it will not show through the body wraps.
Tie in the red stretch floss at the rear and wrap it forward in touching turns under slight tension, working carefully around the bend and past the hook point with no gaps and no overlaps, all the way to the bead. Tie off and trim.
Counter-wrap the black wire forward in evenly spaced turns, tie it off behind the bead, and clip it. Push the stub down smooth with a thumbnail.
Trim the curled tips off two white goose biots and pair them into overlapping 'angel wings.' Transfer them to your off hand, hold them at about a 45 degree angle over the shank, let the thread pull them down onto the top of the hook, straighten them and lock them in. Trim the butts close.
Tie in a grizzly rooster hackle sized one size small for the hook, take three complete wraps for a pronounced collar, tie off and trim the excess feather.
