How to tie it
Rear hook: start thread at the bend and bind a marabou plume tail one shank long, plus several strands of flash each side.
Palmer a saddle hackle over a chenille or ice-dub body forward to the eye, tie off, and whip finish the rear hook.
On the front hook, lash a length of articulation wire looped through the rear-hook eye and secure it along the shank with a few beads to form the joint.
Start thread on the front hook and lash dumbbell eyes on top near the front.
Behind the eyes, add a collar of marabou and flash, then palmer a hackle over a chenille body forward to behind the eyes.
Figure-8 the eyes, build a head, whip finish, and cement. The two jointed sections give a loose, serpentine wobble.
