Round rubber legs, medium (legs) Fluorescent orange round rubber legs medium (1-2 per side)
How to tie it
De-barb the Mustad 9672 and secure it in the vise; start fluorescent chartreuse thread behind the eye and make two small thread bumps with a gap between them.
Set the large black mono eyes in the gap with several figure-eight wraps in each direction, keeping them even and perpendicular; add locking wraps underneath.
Run a thread base to the bend, tie in fluorescent chartreuse Krystal Flash, fold it back over itself, and bind it down to form a tail about a hook-gap past the bend; trim.
Cut a strip of 2mm chartreuse craft foam about a hook-gap wide and tie it in on top just behind the eyes with loose-then-tight wraps down to the bend so it doesn't cut, then return the thread forward.
Dub a level body of fluorescent chartreuse Ice Dub over the foam up the shank.
Tie in medium fluorescent orange round rubber legs on each side at the thorax.
Pull the foam forward over the body and behind the eyes to form the back and head; secure it.
Whip finish behind the eye and trim the foam head and the legs to length.
