How to tie it
Start thread mid-shank and tie in a plume of shad-gray marabou for the tail, about one-and-a-half shank lengths long. Marabou keeps breathing on the pause.
Lay several strands of silver Flashabou over the tail, trimmed a touch shorter.
Tie in the EP Minnow Head brush and wrap it forward in touching turns to build a full, tapered baitfish body, stroking the fibres back with each wrap; stop short of the eye.
Dub a small ball of hot-pink UV Ice Dub at each cheek for the gills. The pink triggers strikes.
Comb a pinch of UV gray Ice Dub along the top for a darker back.
Whip finish a small head and add a drop of cement.
Stick a 3D eye to each side of the head and lock them with a thin coat of UV resin or head cement.
