How to tie it
Wrap a tag of silver thread and lilac floss over the barb, then tie in a golden pheasant topping with tippet strands for the tail.
Wind two turns of orange floss, then dub the body in equal butting sections of orange, scarlet and fiery-brown seal's fur, picking each section out well.
Palmer a lemon cock hackle over the fur, then wind cock-of-the-rock feathers at the throat as a glowing orange beard.
Set a pair of golden pheasant tippet feathers back to back for the wing and veil them with cock-of-the-rock.
Add barred summer duck sides, blue chatterer cheeks with a topping over each, a pair of blue-and-yellow macaw horns, form a small head and whip finish.
