  • Hook 2XL wet/streamer, down eye, 10-12
  • Thread Orange 6/0

Materials

  • Slotted tungsten nugget bead Gold bead (1 (tied back from eye))
  • Marabou Hot orange marabou (tail)
  • Fritz / straggle Hot orange crystal chenille (body)

How to tie it

  1. Slide a gold tungsten bead onto the shank and position it about a third back from the eye for the Nomad's level sink; don't seat it at the head.
  2. Start thread, run to the bend, and tie in a slim hot-orange marabou tail one shank length long.
  3. Tie in orange Fritz at the bend and wind it forward in touching turns up to the bead.
  4. Half-hitch behind the bead to lock it, then build a short body of Fritz from the bead to the eye.
  5. Whip finish at the eye and add a drop of cement.
