Start the thread mid-shank and tie a thin strip of black foam along the top of the shank running back to the start of the curve, so the tag sticks out as a short tail-butt.
Dub a slim body of black Ice Dub forward over the rear two-thirds of the shank, keeping it buggy but sparse.
Tie in a pair of rubber legs on each side at the mid-body, splayed out. Two per side, angled front and back.
Pull the foam strip forward over the top as a low back and pin it down at the 75% mark; leave the front tag for the head.
Dub a short thorax of Ice Dub in front of the legs, then tie in a small hi-vis foam or poly tuft as an upright sighter post.
Optional: add a sparse elk-hair overwing for extra float and profile.
Fold the remaining foam back over to form a small head bump, lock it down, whip finish, and cement.
