Materials

  • Tail Red duck quill or hackle fibers (short)
  • Body Claret floss or dubbing (full)
  • Rib Gold tinsel (spiral)
  • Hackle Claret hen (2-3 turns)
  • Wing Mottled turkey tail (tent)

How to tie it

  1. Mount hook, tie in tail
  2. Wrap body with rib
  3. Tie in turkey wing
  4. Wrap hackle
  5. Whip finish
