Classic Recipe

• Hook Standard nymph, 2x long, 10-14
• Thread Black or olive 8/0

Materials

• Bead Tungsten bead (1 small)
• Tail Marabou (short)
• Body Chenille (slender)
• Hackle Soft hen (2-3 wraps)
• Flash Krystal Flash (2-3 strands)

How to tie it

1. Slide bead on hook
2. Tie in short marabou tail and flash
3. Tie in hackle and chenille
4. Wrap chenille forward, palmer hackle
5. Whip finish behind bead
