How to tie it
Start thread and wrap red cactus chenille at the bend, four or five turns, for a bleeding-gills base; trim.
Tie in a Mason hard-mono loop along the top of the shank with its curve running straight down the hook to make an anti-foul loop for the rabbit strip.
Cut a magnum zonker strip to a taper, tie it in at the front by the hide, then pierce the strip about an inch back, pass the mono loop up through the hole and back down to the shank so the strip is held flat and cannot foul; tie down and trim.
Wrap UV polar (or palmer) chenille forward over the tie-in to build a flash base and a small ramp.
Split a clump of chartreuse arctic fox (guard hairs removed) over the top and bottom of the shank, about an inch long, and trim it uniform around the shank.
Tie in the medium bead-chain (or lead) eyes with figure-eight wraps and lock them with a dot of Zap gel or Loon hardhead.
Tie in the yellow EP 1.5 in foxy brush and palmer it forward to build the finger-mullet head profile, packing it flat.
Add 2-tone sili legs along the sides if desired, sweep everything back, build the head, and whip finish.
Trim the head to a clean bullet, then coat the wraps with Zap gel/hardhead and cure.
