How to tie it
Lay a thread base on the jig-hook shank just behind the jig eye and lash the dumbbell eyes on with tight cross-wraps, then add several horizontal wraps around the thread base beneath the eyes to lock them, and saturate both sides with superglue.
Tie in a sparse clump of UV-green EP trigger point fibers behind the eyes, bind it down to the hook bend, and let the tail extend one shank length past the bend; take two or three wraps underneath to prop it up.
Tie in the three wire strands (two chartreuse, one black) at the front of the tail so their ends reach just short of the eyes, keeping them on the near side of the shank.
Under firm tension, wrap all three wires forward together in smooth touching turns to just behind the eyes, then helicopter off the tag ends.
Stack a clump of white craft fur under a pinch of chartreuse ripple ice fiber, tie both in as a collar in front of the eyes with a couple of loose wraps, then crank down tight; trim the collar in a V to end near the hook bend.
Flip the fly upright, tie two strands of grizzly flutter rubber legs across the leftover space so they run just past the body, spread them, and trim to length.
Whip finish and add a dab of superglue over the thread and rubber-leg base.
