Slotted tungsten bead Copper or gold slotted tungsten bead (1, sized to hook)

How to tie it
Slide the slotted tungsten bead onto the jig hook slot-first and seat it firmly against the eye.
Start thread behind the bead and lay a smooth base back to the bend; a light film of superglue on the shank here keeps the soft worm from spinning.
Cut a piece of squirmy material about two shank lengths. Bind its middle to the top of the shank at the 60% mark with two firm figure-8 turns so a long tail waves off the back and a shorter tag rides forward.
Build a slim, even thread body forward, leaving a bead's width of room.
Whip a bright pink hot-spot collar right behind the bead, 6-8 turns, then whip finish and cement. Trim the rear tail to one shank length and the front tag to a short stub.
