Seat a size 8 shrimp/caddis hook, start black thread and run a tight thread body down the shank.
Tie in a few strands of scrap flashabou at the rear for a tail and trim.
Measure a strip of yellow sheet foam to sit about level with the rear, fold it in half and cut a small slot in the fold with your scissor points; set aside.
Tie in a length of silly legs across the shank with a loose criss-cross X, then bind down.
Run a line of super glue down the shank, thread the slotted foam onto the hook (secure the bottom part first, then fold the top part over), keeping it square.
Bind the foam down over the glue with about a dozen tight wraps and whip finish.
