Tail White bucktail (1 small clump)
Flash Pearl flashabou (10-12 strands)
Veil White EP fiber or Streamer Brush (sparse)
Body UV white or pearl Estaz (1 length)
Eyes 3D adhesive eyes (2)

How to tie it
Start thread at the bend and tie in a small clump of white bucktail extending one shank length rearward. This stiff tail is the anti-fouling backbone for everything else.
Tie in about a dozen strands of pearl Flashabou at their mid-point on top of the bucktail, then fold the forward halves back and bind them so the flash surrounds the tail, slightly longer than the hair.
Tie in a sparse veil of white EP fiber over the flash for body.
Tie in the Estaz at the bend, advance the thread to the eye, and wrap the Estaz forward in touching turns to build a full, sparkly body; tie off behind the eye.
Whip finish, stick a 3D eye on each side of the Estaz head, and lock them with a drop of superglue or UV resin.
Optional: bar or shade the tail and back with prismatic markers to match local baitfish.
