Slide the copper slotted tungsten bead onto the hook, secure the hook in the vise, and start the white thread behind the bead with a tight jam knot.
Wrap a thread base back to about the hook point and forward again, keeping the tag short; add a light skim of super glue over the base.

Tie in the chickabou feather by the tip and take two or three wraps for a mobile outer collar right behind the bead; tie off and trim.
Build a small thread head, whip finish, and add head cement.
