  • Thread UNI o Veevus 8/0 6/0

Materials

  • Tail White Pseudo Fox o Pseudo Marabou and Polar Flash Pearl or Silver or rainbow
  • Body WhiteCraft Fur
  • Eyes Ruben Martin Hypnotic Predator 10 mm

How to tie it

  1. Start white thread and lay a base to the bend.
  2. Tie in a clump of white marabou at the bend extending about one and a half shank lengths for the tail and belly base.
  3. Add a few strands of pearl flash along the white.
  4. Build the body forward in two or three stacked clumps of white marabou, keeping the taper slim to the 75% mark.
  5. Lay a thin clump of pink marabou down each flank for the rainbow's lateral stripe, then tie in a clump of olive-green marabou over the top for the back, matching tail length.
  6. Add a small clump of red marabou at the throat for gills.
  7. Build a smooth thread head and whip finish.
  8. Press an adhesive eye to each side and coat the head and eyes with clear resin.
