Materials
Body Chartreuse foam or deer hair (cylindrical)
Rib Thread (optional segmentation)
How to tie it
Mount the long hook, tie in a chartreuse foam cylinder or bundle of deer hair at the bend.
Bind it along the shank at 3-4 points, letting it bulge between wraps into worm segments.
Let a stub overhang each end. Inchworms are longer than the hook.
Whip finish.
