Faceted tungsten bead Copper bead (2.5mm (#14) to 3.5mm (#10))

Quick Descent or ice dubbing Red ice dub (thorax)
How to tie it
Thread two strands of red Spanflex through a copper tungsten bead, then slide the bead onto the hook and seat it behind the eye. These become the front antennae.
Start red thread behind the bead and bind the antennae strands down, leaving them long to trim later.
Wrap to the bend and tie in two more strands of red Spanflex for the tail, a half shank long.
Tie in a length of red Ultra Wire at the bend.
Wrap the wire forward in touching turns to just behind the bead for a bright, segmented body, then tie off and helicopter the tag.
Dub a short, buggy thorax of red dubbing between the wire body and the bead.
Whip finish behind the bead, trim the antennae even, and cement.
