How to tie it
Lash a set of lead dumbbell eyes on top of the shank a short way behind the eye with tight figure-8 wraps; the weight flips the fly to ride hook-point-up.
At the bend, tie in 4-6 splayed saddle hackles curving outward as a kicking tail about two shanks long, and add a few strands of pearl flash to each side.
Tie in a rabbit zonker strip by the tip at the base of the tail.
Palmer the zonker strip forward in open turns to just behind the eyes, stroking the fur back each wrap; tie off and trim the excess.
Tie two barred Sili Legs on each side, splayed to suggest pectoral fins.
Build a dubbed or thread head between and in front of the eyes.
