Materials
- Body Chartreuse or white material (hard foam popper cylinder)

How to tie it
- Mount the hook and lay a thread base over the rear shank where the body will sit.
- Tie in a bucktail tail about one and a half shank lengths with a few strands of flash.
- Tie in two saddle hackles as a splayed skirt around the tail base.
- Cut a slot in the underside of the hard foam popper body and glue it onto the shank with the flat face angled forward as the popping cup.
- Anchor the body with thread and a bead of gel superglue so it cannot spin.
- Add rubber legs through or alongside the body, two or three per side.
- Whip finish at the collar behind the body and cement; touch up eyes on the foam if desired.
