Foam strip (body/back) Olive frog foam (2 mm, one cut strip)
Ice Dub (underbody) Peacock or green ice dub (One thick noodle)

How to tie it
Lay an olive thread base from behind the eye all the way back to where the barb was.
Tie a single brown goose biot in on top at the rear as the tail (flared up or down does not matter. It fishes in the film either way) with a couple of securing wraps.
Lay the cut olive foam strip on top of the shank with its front end just short of the eye and secure it at the rear with about three wraps, one under and one over, so it cannot spin. Leave a good bit of the biot tail showing out the back.
Take the thread forward a little, wax it and dub a thick noodle of peacock Ice Dub, then wrap the underbody forward almost to the eye.
Fold the foam strip forward over the top of the dubbed underbody and tie it down just behind the eye to form the back and head.
Tie the legs in one at a time on the underside of the fly (not sandwiched in the foam, or they will stick straight out) one on each side, and position them with a couple of wraps. Do not trim yet.
Optional: tie a small tab of 1 mm white foam on top as a sighter, then whip finish.
Trim the rear legs to about one shank-length and the front legs to short stubs. A drop of superglue on the thread wraps in place of head cement is all the finishing it needs.
