Wrap 10-12 turns of .015 lead-free wire onto the shank for Weight.
Tie in the Superfly Glitter Thread first, using it to hold the lead wraps in place, and bring it back slightly toward the rear. Break it off and let it hang to the side for the tag and rib.
Start the tying thread (black or any dark thread) and bring it back to the rear.
Dub the Beaver onto the thread and wrap the body forward, rotating the vise rather than passing the bobbin round the hook.
Take four or five turns of the Glitter Thread at the rear as a tag, then palmer it forward through the body as the Rib. Build up a few extra turns at the front for a small collar of colour, secure, and trim.
If you want a scruffier body, tease it out with a dubbing teaser.
Prepare a Hungarian Partridge feather: strip the fluff from the bottom, then hold the feather concave side to the shank and strip the barbs from the top side of the stem so the remaining barbs will sweep to the rear when wrapped.
Spin the thread counterclockwise so the first wrap jumps rearward, and tie the hackle in by the tip with a couple of wraps. Remove the tip.
Wrap the hackle with hackle pliers, secure it, and touch any clumped barbules so they separate. Bend the stem back, take a couple of wraps in front of it, and remove the stem.
Whip finish, snip the thread, and put a little head cement on the thread wraps.
