Hot spot Fluorescent orange or chartreuse foam/dubbing (small band)
Legs Black round rubber (2-3 strands)
Indicator Orange poly (optional tuft)
How to tie it
Mount the hook, start thread, and bind a black foam strip at the bend, wrapping forward to leave a waist at mid-shank.
Fold the foam over into the rear gaster, lock it at the waist, and add a thin band of fluorescent glo foam or dubbing at the waist so fish (and you) can pick it out.
Figure-8 two or three rubber legs across the waist, splayed both ways.
Fold the foam forward to form the front head segment and tie it off behind the eye.
Add a small orange poly tuft on top if you want extra visibility, then anchor it.
Whip finish behind the eye, snip, and trim the legs to a shank length.
