How to tie it
Lay a thread base along the hook shank and build a small bump at the rear to help material fan and slide off the end.
Tie in a hollow clump of white bucktail on top and pinch it flat so it fans around the top half, forming the tail/back support.
Tie in white nayat (snow runner) reverse-style, then fold it back over itself and secure so it flares and holds a full profile; add a splash of pearl flash.
Work forward in stacked collars, alternating white nayat underneath with lime nayat over the top, folding each collar back and packing it to build the body and the gin-and-lime colour blend.
Add lime and pearl flash through the top of each collar for contrast and movement.
Tie in a couple of white/lime schlappen or saddle hackles at the sides if desired for extra profile, sweep everything back and build a neat thread head.
Whip finish, glue on the stick-on eyes, and coat the head with UV resin and cure.
