Body sections Fish Skull Articulated Shanks (4-6 segments)
Body material Craft fur or EP fibers (each segment)
Tail Marabou or craft fur (flowing)
Eyes Fish Skull Living Eyes (1 pair)
Flash Flashabou (sparse)
How to tie it
Start at the tail: tie a flowing marabou or craft fur tail on the rearmost (smallest) shank.
Connect the next shank through the previous one's rear loop before you tie on it. The chain builds rear to front, and each connection must swing freely.
On each shank, tie in craft fur or EP fibers in a 360-degree collar, sized slightly larger as you move forward. Brush each section back before adding the next.
After the front section, brush everything out and trim the whole fly to a smooth baitfish taper. Deep at the shoulders, tapering to the tail.
Add flash sparsely along the lateral line, attach Living Eyes with UV resin at the head.
