• Hook Standard dry fly, 14-20
• Thread Black or cinnamon 8/0

Materials

• Body Black dubbing (ant-shaped)
• Wings Light dun or white hackle tips (spent)
• Hackle Black hackle (sparse)

How to tie it

1. Mount hook, dub rear body hump
2. Tie in spent hackle tip wings
3. Dub front body hump
4. Wrap sparse hackle
5. Whip finish
