Reference Recipe
- Hook Saltwater/streamer hook, 1/0-4
- Thread White (or clear mono) 6/0 (140 denier)

How to tie it
- Mount the hook and start thread near the bend.
- Tie in a clump of white synthetic fibers top and bottom for the belly and tail base, about two shank lengths.
- Move forward and add successive sparse clumps of fiber, building a baitfish profile toward the eye.
- Lay wide pearl flash along each side so the fly flashes when stripped.
- Cap with a darker olive or gray bundle over the top for the back.
- Trim to a minnow shape with scissors, set stick-on eyes, whip finish, and coat the head with UV resin.
