How to tie it
Mount a long-shank dry-fly hook and lay a thread base.
Pair two matched white duck breast feathers back-to-back (concave sides together) and set them upright as fan wings a third of a shank behind the eye; post with figure-8 wraps and stand them up.
At the bend, split three black moose fibers into a tail a shank-and-a-half long, splayed wide for a spinner silhouette.
Form a slim white body forward to the wing base, keeping the abdomen slender.
Bind in one grizzly and one badger hackle at the wing base.
Wind both hackles together, three or four turns behind and in front of the wings, for a dense collar.
Figure-8 the hackle around the wing roots to lock them upright and whip finish behind the eye.
