  • Hook 60-degree jig streamer hook, 8-12
  • Thread White 6/0

Materials

  • Bead Silver bead (slotted tungsten, 3.5-4.0mm)
  • Tail White uni stretch (marabou, short clump)
  • Body Silver metal tape (holographic tinsel or braid)
  • Flash Silver flashabou (few strands Krystal Flash)
  • Collar White uni stretch (ice dub)

How to tie it

  1. Seat the silver slotted bead and start thread behind it.
  2. Tie in a short white marabou tail, roughly one shank length.
  3. Add a few strands of silver flash over the tail.
  4. Wrap holographic silver tinsel forward in touching turns to the 70% mark.
  5. Dub a short white ice-dub collar behind the bead for a flashy head.
  6. Whip finish behind the bead and seal the tinsel body with thin UV resin.
