How to tie it
- Mount the hook and start thread at the bend.
- Tie in a wisp of white Antron for the tail feelers, kept short.
- Lay a smooth white thread underbody forward to the 80% mark to give the fly its pale base color.
- Bind in clear V-rib or pearl material at the bend and wrap it forward in touching turns over the thread base, then tie off.
- Set two tiny black eyes at the head, then whip finish.
- Coat the body with a thin, even layer of epoxy or UV resin and cure for a glassy, lifelike mysis shell.
