Tail Brown permanent marker (2 goose biots, split into a V)
Body Peacock ice dub (3-4 peacock herls)
Rib Pearl anti static bag strip (Fine flat tinsel, 4 turns)
Flash Chartreuse angel hair (2-3 strands Krystal Flash under the wing)
Hackle Brown hackle (1 hen or soft rooster feather)
Wings White uni stretch (2 goose biots tied flat in a V over the back)
How to tie it
Slide the gold bead to the eye, mount the hook, and start thread at the bend.
Tie in two brown biots splayed into a short V tail, no longer than half a shank.
Bind in the pearl tinsel rib, then twist the peacock herls into a rope and wrap a plump body to just behind the bead.
Counter-wrap the pearl rib forward in 4 open turns for flash and durability, and tie off.
Wrap two or three soft brown hackle turns as a collar and sweep the fibers back under the shank.
Lay 2-3 strands of chartreuse flash flat over the back, then top them with two white biots tied in a shallow V as wings, tips reaching the body's midpoint.
