  • Hook Ahrex TP610 Trout Predator Streamer, 1/0

Materials

  • Tail Flashabou Mix, Moonlight Black
  • Body/tail Black rabbit zonker
  • Head Pro Cone 5.5 mm, fluo red

How to tie it

  1. Slide the bead to the eye, mount the hook, and start thread; build a thin thread base along the shank.
  2. Center a length of squiggly worm material on top of the shank and bind it down with figure-8 wraps so both ends wag free.
  3. Anchor the worm with a drop of superglue over the thread wraps so it never pulls out.
  4. Dub a thin body up toward the bead if a fuller profile is wanted.
  5. Dub a hot orange egg hotspot right behind the bead.
  6. Whip finish behind the bead and trim the worm ends to length.
