How to tie it
- Optionally slide a bead on, mount the hook, and start thread at the bend.
- Build a bright green egg sac at the very rear with a glass bead or a tight ball of dubbing, since egg-laying caddis carry a vivid egg mass.
- Bind in the gold rib, then dub a slim body forward to the 65% mark.
- Counter-wrap the rib in 5-6 evenly spaced turns and snip.
- Wrap a soft partridge collar and sweep the fibers back as legs.
- Dub a short dark thorax to the eye and whip finish.
