How to tie it
Glue and tie a short loop of 60 lb mono over the top of the shank (about an inch past the bend), passing a 3 mm bead onto the loop and wrapping over/under to kick the loop up; the dragontail threads onto this loop.
Thread the dragontail onto the mono loop and secure, then tie in white belly and grey back bucktail (tips reaching about an inch past the tail), keeping it sparse so it doesn't kill the tail action.
Blend and tie in a Moonlight/white Flashabou wing 60/40 over the top, then add another bucktail layer using mid-length fibers, reverse-tying to create a controlled bulkhead flare; press the fibers back after each clump.
Add more flash, then tie in an orange strung-fuzzy-fibre hot spot 60/40 around the shank, spread it, and comb it back to blend.
Continue building reverse-tied bulkhead segments of bucktail near the base of the hair (which flares best), doing diagonal cuts on the butts to taper, and flaring each clump with a firm pull; add flash between segments.
Tie in grey and black Nayat over the top as a long flowing over-wing, and add grizzly saddles at the sides for profile; add silver Angelina fibre for sparkle.
Spin/flare a final bucktail bulkhead at the head, then whip finish and trim the head to a broad bulkhead-deceiver profile.
