Body Craft fur / Polar Fibre spun in a dubbing loop (built like chenille) (as needed)

How to tie it
On the rear hook, tie in a dense marabou tail about a shank-and-a-half long with a few strands of Krystal Flash, then palmer a schlappen collar for a full, breathing tail section.
Load craft fur or Polar Fibre butts into a dubbing loop, spin it into a shaggy chenille, and wrap it forward to build the rear body; add a pair of barred rubber legs, whip finish and set aside.
Lash a braid/wire loop to the front hook and mount the rear hook on it so the sections ride a shank apart; secure the joint firmly.
Tie lead dumbbell eyes on top of the front shank near the eye so the fly rides hook-point down.
Tie in a marabou wing and flash on the front, then wrap another spun craft-fur/Polar Fibre dubbing-loop body forward, working it in and around the eyes; trim the fibers to shape a broad baitfish profile.
Add barred rubber legs and a schlappen collar at the head, build a neat head around the eyes, whip finish and cement.
