Seat the Togens 7/64" Slotted Brown Tungsten bead on the jig hook (a slotted bead is needed; a plain one may not seat on the bend) and lay a base of Fluoro Red thread.
Bind in a small pinch of Rusty Olive Angel Hair, just enough for a little flash, bind it back to the bend, then fold the remainder forward and bind over it.
Form a dubbing loop about four inches long and wind the thread forward to the bead.
Load the Brown Brick Arizona Simi Seal into the loop and spin it into a dubbing brush, pulling out extra dubbing as it forms.
Wrap the brush forward, stroking the fibres back on every turn to build the body, and tie off right behind the bead.
Whip finish behind the bead with a couple of passes so a band of red thread shows as a hot spot at the head, and cut.
Pick the body out all round with a dubbing pick and sweep it back so the dubbing blends into the tail. Pull off any excess at the rear for a thin leech.
