Push the bead back, start rusty brown thread and tie the Uni-Stretch gills in with a couple of wraps over and a few in front to prop them up, then whip finish and cut off.
Slide the 7/64 coffee brown bead up over the gill tie-in, restart the thread and immediately begin working the taper.
Tie small copper brown wire in and run it down into the bend, then start the olive buzzer wrap there and bring smooth even thread wraps back up, covering the wire and flattening the thread with a spin of the bobbin.
Wind the buzzer wrap forward side by side without overlapping. Leaving it thin lets the rusty brown thread show through, which is exactly the dirty olive effect the pattern is after.
Tie off behind the bead, rib with the copper brown wire, twist it off and finish a smooth collar with a whip finish.
Trim the gills and coat the body with superglue. The coating makes the olive pop while the rusty brown still reads underneath.
