Start the thread at the eye and wrap back to just past the bend, building a small thread ball where the shank turns down (it keeps the tail from fouling); let the thread hang at the barb.
Cut a pencil-thickness clump of SF Fibers about three-and-a-half to four inches long, spread and re-taper the center for a natural taper, and tie it in on top against the thread ball; add marker bars if desired.
Tie in the 3 in EP craft fur brush over the SF fibers and palmer it forward to about the hook point (nine or ten close turns), sweeping fibers back; tie off and pick out.
Tie in the EP Game Change eyes like dumbbell eyes, pulled as far back as they'll go, with a few securing wraps and a little Zap-A-Gel; check they're level.
Tie in the 1.5 in EP minnow head brush just behind the eyes, bring the thread in front of the eyes, take three wraps behind the eyes, then wrap the brush over and around the eyes (below, over the far side, across) to cover them, finishing with several turns in front.
Whip finish at the eye and trim the thread.
Comb and razor-trim the body and head to a rounded baitfish profile, then finish the head with a thin coat of UV resin.
