- Thread Chartreuse 210 denier
Materials
- Rear wing Chartreuse over white (Long synthetic fiber (EP/Slinky), needle-thin profile)
- Flash Green/pearl flash (10-12 strands)
- Body Chartreuse arctic fox (Braid or thread wraps over the connection)
- Front wing Chartreuse over white (Long synthetic fiber, tapered)
- Eyes Silver/red material (Stick-on 3D eyes, coated)
How to tie it
- Rig the rear trailer hook to the front hook with hard mono or wire and start thread on the rear hook.
- Tie a long, sparse chartreuse-over-white synthetic wing on the rear hook. Keep the profile needle-thin like a needlefish.
- Add green and pearl flash, then advance to the front hook.
- Build a second long wing on the front hook the same slim way, extending the total length toward six inches.
- Wrap a thread or braid head, set stick-on eyes on the sides, and coat the head with UV resin.
- Whip finish at the eye and cure the resin hard.
