Slide the 1/8" Silver bead onto the Togens 3xL Streamer hook, mount it and lay down a base layer of the 12/0 violet thread.
Take eight to ten long strands of Pearl/Pink Flashabou Accent and tie them in on top at the rear; trim the tail to about half a shank length or a little less and set the remaining flash aside for the wing.
Tie in the 0.2mm Hot Pink Wire, then the 1/16" Flat Mirage Tinsel (the last thing you wrap goes in first), and bind both down together to where the tail starts, keeping the underbody uniform.
Bring the thread back up to the bead and take a few extra wraps right at the bead to fill in that gap, then dab a couple of spots of brushable super glue on the underbody.
Wind the Mirage tinsel forward in touching turns on the rotary to the bead and tie it off, with an extra wrap at the head to fill in against the bead.
Counter-wind the Hot Pink wire in the opposite direction to the tinsel so it holds up to teeth, tie it off and break the wire away.
Whip finish the violet thread and start the 18/0 fluorescent green thread behind the bead.
Take about half the remaining Flashabou strands, tie them in right on top facing backward, then fold the rest back over and bind so the wing sits up nicely; trim it to just beyond where the tail starts.
Tie in the Fl. Pink Straggle String and take just a couple of wraps as the collar, then snip it away.
Whip finish the fluorescent green head and snip the thread.
