Slide the 3.0mm Copper tungsten bead to the eye, mount the hook, and start the Brown 8/0 thread behind the bead.
Tie in a length of White/Black rubber legs behind the bead as the tail and bind it down the shank to the bend, stretching it as you go so the underbody stays slim.
Tie in the Copper wire just behind the bead, tucked in against it, and bind it down the near side of the shank to the bend with even thread wraps; an even underbody makes the wire easier to wrap.
Wrap the Copper wire forward in touching turns to the bead, bind it off, and helicopter the tag off.
Tie in the legs just behind the bead: one White/Black rubber leg on the near side, one on the far side. Exact positioning does not matter; they will be all over the place once wet.
Dub the UV brown Ice Dub thorax, holding the front legs out of the way for the first wraps, then take a couple of wraps in front of the legs and tie off the brown thread.
Start the Hot orange tying thread behind the bead and build a small hot spot with a few wraps, plus a few in front; put head cement on the thread and whip finish.
Trim the tail rubber leg a bit shorter than the legs, but not too short: the length is where the movement comes from.
