Tail/wing Craft fur or synthetic yak (white/olive/etc.) (2-3 clumps)
Flash Polar Flash, Crystal Flash and Mirage Flash (several strands)
Body/collar Red Antron body yarn / dubbing (as needed)
Weight Dumbbell or bead-chain eyes (jig) (1 pair)
Head Epoxy/UV resin or brushed dubbing (as needed)
How to tie it
Lash a set of dumbbell eyes near the hook eye so the fly rides hook-point-up and jigs; this is what gives the Stealth its exaggerated up-and-down action.
Starting at the rear, tie in a clump of craft fur or synthetic yak for the tail and blend in a few strands of Polar/Crystal/Mirage flash.
Build the baitfish profile in 2-3 stacked clumps of craft fur up the shank, adding flash at each station so it tapers to a broad head.
Add a hot collar of red Antron yarn or dubbing behind the eyes as a gill/trigger point.
Figure-eight around the dumbbell eyes and build a tidy head.
Whip finish and, if desired, coat or brush the head so it holds shape and pushes water.
Trim the craft fur to a clean baitfish silhouette.
